The Catalyst for Impact Fund will support the development of a group of ambitious charities and social enterprises focused primarily on aspects of Social Mobility in Scotland. We hope our partners will also find ways to work together, and benefit from each others' strengths, we will be on hand to facilitate this activity.. From on open call in 2020 and detailed due diligence, the Fund selected the following Charities to work in Partnership for 3-5 years:-
Flexible Childcare Services Scotland
Flexible Childcare Services Scotland is a young organisation with bold ambitions and a clearly defined vision. Established in 2019, this social enterprise aims to create equity of access to high quality, tailored early learning and school age childcare solutions for all children, families, and communities across Scotland.
People Know How
People Know How is a Scottish social innovation charity founded in 2013 on the principle that people know how to identify their needs and the solutions that will help them fulfil their potential and solve social issues. People often don’t realise that they know how, and that’s where we come in – unlocking ideas for a better future, today. We call this social innovation.

The Social Mobility Foundation
The Social Mobility Foundation (SMF) is a charity that supports high-achieving young people from low-income backgrounds across the UK access top universities and competitive professions. Established in London in 2006, we now also have offices in Birmingham, Cardiff, Glasgow, Liverpool, Manchester (also covering Leeds) and Newcastle.
